Project Manager – ERP
(Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Bangkok, Thailand.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

Manage cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, business analysts, and end-users.

Monitor project progress and performance using project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Identify project risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation plans.

Ensure the ERP solution is delivered according to business requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.

Facilitate change management and training programs to support system adoption.

Manage communication between internal teams, vendors, Clients and senior leadership.

Oversee data migration, system integration, testing (UAT/SIT), and go-live support.

Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in implementation preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (All Modules).

2+ years of experience in project management with at least 4 ERP implementation projects, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Strong understanding of ERP processes in finance, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, and CRM.
