Account Executive (Senior)

Job Descripton:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for ERP solutions across key verticals.
Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into clients through outbound and inbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Conduct product presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of ERP systems.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications throughout the sales process.
Lead negotiations, manage contract discussions, and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends to the sales manager.
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and align on business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and ERP solution innovations to offer relevant insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales is a plus.
At least 5+ years of selling Microsoft Dyn365 Business Central ERP solutions or LS Retail or Oracle or SAP or NetSuite or similar enterprise software.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to prospect, build relationships, and close complex deals.
In-depth understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and software solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
Familiarity with ERP software functionality and how it can optimize business operations. Ability to discuss technical requirements with clients and work with internal technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
Proficient in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and closing complex sales deals
Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
Collaborative and willing to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
