ERP Consultants

Job Description

    • Implement, install and configuration the applications.
    • Defining, analyze and mapping the needs of the client’s business.
    • Design business process flow to map with applications’ functionalities.
    • Design forms and reports.
    • Prepare the customized specification, manual and user training.
    • Data conversion/migration.
    • Provide Helpdesk support.
    • Conduct project team member (junior consultant and programmer) to meet project schedule and deliverables.
    • To assist and support any member of the sales team with the qualification of a prospect.
    • Design alternate options or walk-around solutions if there are application or system limitation.
    • Demo applications to customer.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information System (AIS) or Management Information System (MIS), Computer Science/ Engineering or other related fields.
  • At least 1 year experience in implementation and configuration any software package in Accounting, Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing (NAV and AX will be advantageous).
  • Knowledge Accounting Information System, Database structure and programming logic.
  • Hold NAV and AX certification will be advantageous.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Job Description

    • Understanding clients’ processes, business requirements and Microsoft Dynamics NAV functional.
    • Defining and develop customized report and application.
    • Install application on any database platforms.
    • Defining the hardware specification for client.
    • Work closely as part of a team to meet project schedule and deliverables.
    • Interfacing with consultants/customer as regards user acceptability testing.
    • Provide Helpdesk support when required.
    • To assist and support any member of the sales team with the qualification of a prospect.
    • Able to provide alternate options or walk-around solutions if there are application or system limitation.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/MIS, IT or other related fields.
  • At least 1 year experience in oftware development.
  • Experienced in relational database design/programming (SQL language). Experienced in SQL Server, and Oracle Database. Fluent in, at least one of, Crystal Report, VB, C++ or other object-oriented programming.
  • Hold NAV and AX certification will be advantageous.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Job Description (ERP Sales)

    • Cooperate and support with all sales sections for telemarketing and sales activities
    • Handling inbound & outbound sales calls through phone system, handling customer inquiry, generate new sales and checking potential for new opportunities
    • Responsible for marketing plans and activities, creative marketing programs and promotions (marketing activities such as events, trade show, web/ online, social networking, etc.)
    • Able to interact with all levels of people both internal and external.
    • Customer service skills.
    • Well organized, managed internal and external documents such as e-mail, quotation, newsletter.
    • First Line communication with leads, partners, customers and general public

Job Description (Presales Consultants)

    • Professional demonstration of the Dynamics NAV solution to prospects and how it meets client business needs.
    • Perform discoveries with prospects to understand business requirements
    • Provide product lead direction to the sales and consult team Able to interact with all levels of people both internal and external.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in IT, Computer Science, AIS, MIS or any related fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Sales & Presales ERP Application.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical features/advantages/benefits to customers.
  • Familiar with NAV or other ERP products and solutions.
  • Experienced within a Business Consulting environment would be a strong advantage
  • Negotiation skills, presentation skills, pleasant personality, service mind and good communication skills, able to work with minor supervision, flexible, responsible and self-disciplined
  • Very strong presentation, sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good personality and service mind and Willing to contribute and work as a team
  • Good command in English.

Sales & Marketing Administrator (URGENTLY REQUIRED)

ERP Support / Helpdesk (URGENTLY REQUIRED)

Job Description :-

    • First level Helpdesk Support Agent responsible to provide front-line support to all customers
    • Use Call Tracking functionality to document all incoming issues accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
    • Document calls to optimize the performance of all implementation team members who handle issue resolution
    • Develop high quality solutions and advise the customer of the recommendations
    • Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner
    • Proactively advise the customer concerning status of issues
    • Act as a front-line interface to users, accepting trouble reports and dispatching them to appropriate staff
    • Understand the solution implemented for all sites.
    • Basic report and program customization
    • Application setup and configuration

Qualification :-

  • Thai Nationality
  • At least Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information System (AIS) or Management Information System (MIS), Industrial Engineering, Computer Science/ Engineering or other related fields.
  • Experience in implementing Accounting Software Package/Application would be advantageous.
  • 1 year Helpdesk experience in a ERP/software company would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge Accounting Information System, MIS , Database structure and programming logic
  • Excellent communication ad troubleshooting skills
  • Service mind and customer satisfaction attitude
  • Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Able to follow instructions well
  • Ability to work under dynamic environment, pressure situation and manage aggressive timelines
  • Initiative, self-supervised, self-motivated, highly responsible and punctual
  • Fluency in English is preferable
